Who We Are
Children's House Montessori School offers every child the opportunity to develop his or her own unique potential as a human being with the space to explore, experience, and discover their world in a loving, secure, and supportive atmosphere.
Our Philosophy
The staff of CHMS believes that each child is motivated from within by a natural curiosity and love for knowledge. Our goal is to nurture the child's own desire to learn. The Montessori method for learning is applied, which stresses development of independence, confidence, and self discipline for each child. Opportunities are provided for the children to develop meaningful skills that give them competence to build self esteem. Teachers assist by watching the unfolding of each child's personality (social, emotional, intellectual, physical) as each child is individually helped to develop within him/herself the foundational habits, attitudes, skills, appreciations, and ideas which are essential for a lifetime of creative learning

Meet Our Teachers
All of our lead teachers have either a four-year bachelors degree or an associates degree in early childhood development.
